common-base package

Provides a set of classes that support transportation and land-use integration modeling applications. Specifically this package provides classes to read and write multiple data formats (CSV, binary, zip, TPPlus, Emme2, etc), create data objects such as TableDataSets, Matrices and Grids, and interact with outside systems such as SQL databases, TPPlus, and ArcGIS.
